Videograss

As a co-founder of Videograss, I launched this passion-driven snowboard film brand alongside my brother Mike Hakker, Justin Meyer, Mikey LeBlanc, Nima Jalali, and Darrell Mathes, creating a platform that helped define snowboarding’s current creative landscape.

My role centered on forging strategic brand partnerships to secure funding, while collaborating on rider and videographer selection to ensure our films captured the sport’s raw energy and authenticity.

Working closely with our team, I facilitated rider communication and oversaw hiring, aligning our vision with the pulse of snowboarding culture.

The creative direction, masterfully led by Justin Meyer (the best to do it) brought our films to life, with creative and design direction contributions from Mike Hakker along with Justin shaping Videograss’s bold aesthetic.

Together, we produced feature films that resonated deeply with the snowboarding community, blending personality-led storytelling with high-caliber performances. Recognizing Justin’s integral role as the soul of Videograss, we entrusted him with the brand’s legacy, cementing its impact as a cultural cornerstone in action sports.
